The speaker lounge is located on Level 2 near Hall B, with fresh-up facilities conveniently available nearby.
Registration & Payment

You can complete your registration online or at the onsite counters, and then collect your badge at the registration desk.

Registration desks will be open from 8:00 AM in the main lobby of the venue throughout all event days.

Certificates and payment receipts can be obtained at the Help Desk located near the registration area.

Cash payments are not accepted; however, payments via UPI and card are accepted.
Transportation, Food & Accommodation

The venue location is provided on our website and can also be found on Google Maps by searching for “Event Venue Name.”

We have partnered with several nearby hotels to offer accommodation options. Please refer to the “Accommodation” section on our website for more details.

Complimentary shuttle services will be provided from key locations throughout the event hours.

Shuttle bus services are provided at regular, scheduled intervals between the venue and the Metro Station. (Madavara)

Yes, multiple shuttle routes cover nearby hotels, attractions, and transit points.
General Queries

Baggage storage and locker facilities are conveniently provided at the entrance area for your convenience.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available upon request at the venue for your convenience.

The conference is strictly for attendees aged 18 and above; therefore, children are not permitted.

The venue will be open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM throughout the duration of the event.
